Aligning Upper Ontologies for National Digital Infrastructure

This work aligns three upper ontologies under UK and NATO defence data infrastructure: IES, HQDM, and BFO. No public alignment existed between IES and HQDM. The authors created a 17-correspondence crosswalk and performed reasoning over the merged ontologies.
