A Physics-Informed Multiscale Digital Twin for Precision Medicine in Alzheimer's Disease

The PIM-BrainTwin platform is proposed as a multiscale digital twin using materials-science principles to quantify compensatory capacity and system stability. The platform is open and modular, allowing alternative mechanistic hypotheses to be formalized and compared.

This is important as an example of digital twin application in medicine, which may be related to modeling complex biological systems.
